The Ministry of Labour and Social Security would like to notify students of Ten (10) available scholarships for those who wish to study in the Republic of Russia. Requirements are as follows :
1. Applicant must be 25 years of age or below
2. Applicant has obtained 35 points of above on his/her best 5 subjects
3. Matric or Form 5 certificate must not be older than 3 years
4. Applicant to study a course that is on the Government Priority List
BEFORE STARTING YOUR APPLICATION
There are over 505 universities to study in Russia. In this application, you are required to list your top 6 choices of universities you want to study in. Thus, the first step is informing yourself of the options available. You can do this by clicking “Study in Russia” on the application page (whatsapp 76260618 for assistance).
We would recommend choosing a location in Russia you will be comfortable to live in. Our research shows us that the best cities in Russia for international students are Moscow, St Petersburg, and the Volga Region.
HOW TO APPLY
Students can whatsapp 76260618 to request a pdf copy of the application instructions obtained from the scholarship website.
The application website is https://education-in-russia.com/. When you enter this page, on the top right corner click on the flag and select the UK flag to change the language on the page from Russian to English.
Register for an account using your email address. Please make sure to enter a password you will remember in the future.
Check your email for the confirmation of your application profile. If it is not in your inbox, check your spam folder.
Click on “Create new application” using the link provided on your application page.
There is a section in the biographical information you need to complete that requires that you use the letters in Russian. You can translate on this website: translate.google.com and copy the result onto your application.
Select “undergraduate” and your desired program of study
List of 6 universities in Russia that you are interested in. If you are not sure which to select, send a whatsapp to 76260618 or save your application and navigate to the tab called ”Studying in Russia” to research your options
Upload the following documents
A downloaded, printed, signed and scanned Seal of Consent
Scanned copy of your passport
Scanned copy of your Form 5 results
When you are done, print your application as well as submit it online.

A passport
Your education information
Your parents’ contact information
Academic achievement certificates
Sports achievement certificate
Applicants should download and print the application form on http://education-in-russia.com and submit the form at the reception, in the Scholarship Department Office, Ground Floor, Old Income Tax Building, in Mbabane.
