The Moroccan Agency for International Cooperation (AMCI) was created in 1986 to help strengthen the International Cooperation of the Kingdom of Morocco, with a strong orientation for the promotion of South-South Cooperation advocated by His Majesty King Mohammed VI. AMCI's mission is to develop cooperation between people and partners by contributing to the expansion and strengthening of cultural, scientific, economic and technical cooperation between the Kingdom of Morocco and the countries to which it has friendship ties and cooperation.
AMCI acts in close coordination with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation in the implementation of actions carried out in partnership with the various Moroccan ministerial departments and the partner countries concerned. The Agency's ambition is to be a major player in the implementation of South-South cooperation of the Kingdom of Morocco, by using the know-how and expertise of the Kingdom of Morocco in several areas to provide support to developing countries, mainly in Africa.
SCHOLARSHIP
Students eligible to apply for the scholarship must be in possession of a High School Certificate/Diploma with 35 points in 5 credits, and must not be above the age 26 years for degree.
AMCI offers scholarships/grants to foreign students in accordance with the procedures set out in the scholarship regulations; a copy of which (attestation de bourse) is made available to the students concerned. These include:

Tuition fees
USD 75 per month grant
Medical care
Please note that food, accommodation, and local transport must be covered by the student for the duration of their studies.
APPLICATION DOCUMENTS
Students must obtain the application form from the Scholarship Office, Ground Floor, Old Income Tax Building, Mbabane. They must submit the completed form together with this information:
Certified photocopies of high school results
Certified photocopy of high school certificate
Certified photocopy of birth certificate
Certified photocopy of passport if available
Police clearance report
Medical clearance certificate by a public health service attesting to the physical fitness of the candidate, and certifying that he/she is vaccinate and not suffering from any contagious or acute disease
Recent ID pictures in colour with candidate name and nationality written on the back
Candidates for masters degrees or doctoral degrees ,must provide in addition to the aforementioned documents, certified copies of their higher education diplomas, marks transcripts and curricula, as well as a dissertation / thesis copy of their end studies
